WHO WE ARE

NPEMA Medical Services is an Ontario not-for-profit organization providing event medical services, emergency response, and first aid coverage throughout the Greater Toronto Area and Southern Ontario.

Established in 2020, NPEMA brings together Professional Responders, Paramedics, Nurses, and other allied healthcare professionals to support festivals, sporting events, community celebrations, and other public gatherings.

Our services range from on-site medical posts and mobile response teams to medical dispatch, coordination, and event medical planning. We work closely with event organizers to develop medical coverage tailored to the unique requirements of each event.

As a not-for-profit organization, NPEMA is committed to building a sustainable medical services organization that supports its personnel, clients, and the communities we serve.

our history

NPEMA Medical Services SSO was established in November 2020, building on the experience and community involvement of individuals associated with NPEMA Medical Venturers & Rovers.

Originally established to support youth development and community first aid initiatives, the organization began providing medical services to local events and organizations.

Since then, NPEMA has continued to develop its medical response capabilities, supporting festivals, sporting events, and public gatherings throughout southern Ontario.

As the organization continues to grow, our focus remains on strengthening our medical services, investing in equipment and training, and creating opportunities for healthcare professionals and emergency responders to contribute to the communities we serve.

More Than Event Medical Coverage

As a not-for-profit organization, NPEMA is committed to reinvesting its resources into activities that advance its mission.

Through our programs, we support:

  • Providing medical coverage, emergency response, and operational support to community organizations, event organizers, municipalities, and other partners.

  • Supporting first aid education, professional responder training, mentorship, and opportunities for individuals interested in healthcare and emergency services.

  • Supporting youth-focused educational programs, including NPEMA MedVents & Rovers, through training opportunities, equipment, resources, and mentorship.

  • Collaborating with healthcare organizations, educational institutions, municipalities, emergency services, and community partners to support public health, safety, and emergency preparedness.
